I was honored to take part in Governor Brownback's water bill signings this morning in Garden City. These bills will give more freedom to farmers & also help conserve the state's water supply. In the past, our policies have encourage farmers to use water they don't always need from fear of losing the right or just because there is no incentive for saving water. This will change that. I'm also looking forward to "Dodge City Night" in Topeka this evening!
